Clients reviews about Sparkle Squad of Austin

The company “Sparkle Squad,” owned by Chad Cohen, pressure washed my entire home including the windows on July 16 and did a beautiful job. Chad was on the job the entire day with three young men who were pleasant, courteous and respectful. It was a big job, the cost was competitive, and their communication skills and cooperation was excellent. My needs were accomplished seamlessly in the areas in which I required special attention to detail. Chad is a guy to know with great work ethics and guarantees the work. I can easily recommend his company to anyone looking first class house and window cleaning. He on the job to ensure the customer is completely satisfied with the work. Jacob Angelo 7/16/26 ~ Giddo A

Wow! I got them to do gutter cleaning/exterior window cleaning/screen cleaning. The technicians (Tanner and Isaiah) listened to my concerns and questions, then went about their work in a methodical, efficient, professional, respectful, personable and efficient manner. Their window cleaning technique is flawless while using water in a sparing way-so important these days. They even scrubbed the outside of the gutters! Team was friendly and did a great job! My windows look like new. They were so accommodating, even with me working at home during this time, they were quiet and owned the process from start to finish. They even moved items from around my windows and took down our sun shade that was blocking access to some of the windows to ensure a thorough clean. Price is very reasonable for a job so well done. I will continue to use this service. ~ Angelica C

Sparkle Squad did an outstanding job cleaning our windows and screens. What a difference from any other window cleaning we have had in the past. They use filtered water! There is no lime scale from our well water. Windows are very clear now!!! Chad is very professional and extremely helpful. They were efficient, tidy, and detail oriented. Price was very fair. Got a few quotes for window cleaning and Sparkle Squad was the cheapest and highest reviewed. The two technicians (Tanner and Isaiah) were communicative, timely, and professional, and they did a great job with a 30+ year old house that had never had the windows cleaned. They were very thorough and checked the entire property, both upstairs and down, after the job was done. ~ Stephanie C

Great company! I called them on a whim not knowing I’d be a customer for life! After scheduling and rescheduling….calculating, and recalculating prices…came the cleaning. These guys are outstanding. They do it all! It was completely worth it! My window and screens sparkle for sure! Power washing the driveway and patio are next. Give them a call, tell them Tammie sent you! 😉 ~ Tammie W
